Central of Georgia 807  Contributor's Pick!
This must be on the Seminloe. I can see 2 central of Georgia Baggage/ mail storage cars all with celestory roofes, one Central of georgia mail car, pullman green with celestory roof, one Possibly ACF Atlantic Coast Line baggage car, and one of the 1947 Central of Georgia Baggage cars for the Nancy hanks II, built by ACF. I also see a possibly L&N/NC&SAl baggage car, along with another Centrtal of Georgia car, either a baggage or a coach. ACL was the Railroad that carried the Seminole to Jacssonville from Albany, so I belive this is thwe Seminole, doe to the baggage car, and the time of day it is in the photograph matching up with the time that train got to Atlanta. Also Notice the Southern EMD switcher fo Macon meeting 807 as it departs the Terminal.

Bill Davis General If this is Atlanta it cannot be the Seminole. That train went from Birmingham to Columbus and then to Albany. It might be the Flamingo. it ran through Atlanta. 7/13/2022 6:46:05 PM
